The PTM pump mixer is an innovative system that performs mixing (stirring) inside a tank provided by the customer and transfers the contents to another location using a single component. The stirring utilizes the discharge jet of the pump. The pump is based on our magnetic levitation bearingless pump system, which has no bearings that could wear out and does not use shaft seals that could lead to liquid leakage, making it a groundbreaking non-contact pump and mixer. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the pump impeller floats non-contact within a sealed casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. Both the impeller and casing are made of high-purity fluororesin with high chemical resistance. These components, along with the rotor magnets, make up the pump head.
